How can I find my App ID?
Your App ID is a unique string that we can identify your App. If you select your Formito from the sidebar, you can find the App ID in URL which is in a format like
efk3xf6OHZAtUfyYtv6l. Another way is to click on the Share button, and you'll see you App ID in opened popup.
How can I convert my chatbots in the old Formito to the new version?
We developed a migration tool for this purpose. First, create a new Chat Form and open the builder. Open settings page and click on tools. You'll find the migration in this page. Simply put your API Key and your Formito ID in this form and click "Start Migration".
What happens if I hit the limit of my responses per month?
An error message will be displayed in your Formito and we stop collecting new responses. You should wait until the first day of next month, or upgrade to a higher plan.
How do I cancel my paid plan?
You can cancel your plan anytime by visiting billing page from your account.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password by visiting reset password page. Fill the form and you'll get an email to complete the process.
How do I delete my account?
You can remove your account from your profile. Please make sure this is what your want. Removing your account would erase ALL of your data. Your data can't recover after this action.
